I had an amazing experience with the customer service both before and after my purchase. Samantha was very responsive to my emails and provided me with excellent support. I ordered the black Onthego giant tote and was pleasantly surprised to receive a free round zip wallet of 19 cm along with it. The quality of the products is impressive and looks like genuine leather. I put my stuff in the bag and it has a perfect balance, while the hardware is solid metal. I received my bag very quickly and Tracy even sent me pictures of the bag before shipping which made me feel satisfied and assured.

Very cute gucci bag! exactly as described. I was so afraid to make this purchase because there were no photos in the comments, but I had already made another purchase with this seller, I contacted him, asked for pictures of the bag and decided to take a risk.100% AAA replica.. I thought it did. but the seller was great. I actually ordered this is the brown, then changed my mind on the color. I messaged seller and they swapped colors for me, no problem. The bag is well made and bigger than I expected, even though the dimensions were posted. I'm in love and the seller is wonderful!

i bought the Chloe bag in black for $299 us, it arrived in around two weeks to Perth Australia. I love it, it's solidly built it looks exactly like the Chloe Nile. the gold is quite a yellow gold but that doesn't put me off. it did take a few emails to Dolabuy to confirm my order was dispatched however i believe that the processing may also be for posting because the day i received it the order was marked as complete. i was skeptical but i love my bag and would not hesitate to buy another!

I’ll start my review with two statements; 1: I am hard to please! 2: I rarely write reviews… Shopping with Dolabuy was a genuinely wonderful experience. I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!!
